SPICA-IS is an autonomous inspection station designed for an efficient, non-invasive detection of LPG cylinder cracks, wall thickness degradations, leakages, missing PIN & ‘O’ Ring. The SPICS-IS ensures high accuracy that never seen up till now. Powered by BrainboxR  Artificial Intelligence Platform, the station can provide remaining useful life and time to failure of individual cylinders.

Detects leakages, pin-tilts, DPT, or valve failure in milli-seconds

  • Fitted with MQ-6 gas sensors with high sensitivity to Propane, Butane and LPG, also responds to natural gas

  • SPICA also has the capability to detect methane or other combustible gases

  • Real-time detection of leakage, alerts and automatic rejection

  • In case of leakage crosses threshold buzzers are turned on

  • Inspects PIN-TILT defects, rejection in case of ‘O’ ring seating surface fails

  • Highly sensitive leakage detection (1.5 ppm)

  • SPICA inspection principles are governed by IS-4576 and test methods by IS-1448
